From a single room to a full renovation, our services are designed to keep the whole project cohesive — start to finish.
A good option for clients with busy schedules who'd rather have someone design, execute and deliver everything. We save you time by managing the project from conception to completion.
Our design service fees start at $2,500. Suggested investment for furnishings starts at $20,000.
We start with a two-hour on-site meeting to get to know you, assess the architecture of your space, and understand your vision, aesthetics, and budget. The result is a proposal with the project summary and terms. This meeting has a set fee.
In our studio, we create a design plan based on your space, your style, and your budget. Samples and swatches are ordered, proposals are tweaked, and the presentation is put together. A flat design fee is charged for the design phase.
We meet with you in your space so you can see the space plans, schematics, and samples. We narrow it down to the final list of new furnishings.
We handle all the ordering, scheduling, delivery, and installation. We're happy to provide recommendations for local trades should the project require any.
We schedule and deliver all your new furnishings on the same day (or as close to it as we can), so you can love and enjoy the new look of your space.
LK Design specializes in window treatments, both the design and service. Drapery panels? Roman shades? Roller shades or honeycombs? Wooden shutters or fabric window treatments? We can help you find the right solution.
Soft window treatments are made of textiles — drapery panels, many types of shades, valances, and cornices. Hard window treatments are blinds, shutters, honeycomb shades, and roller shades. Both can be manually operated or motorized, and can provide privacy and heat/cold control.
We meet to assess your space and the architecture of your home, and bounce ideas about what will work best for your windows — along with colors, patterns, function, and your investment.
Once our goals are set, we take measurements and photographs and sign the Letter of Agreement. We carry numerous fabric and hardware lines to suit a variety of palettes, styles, and textures.
We bring you samples of fabrics and finishes, and drawings of what your window treatments will look like. We make sure it's a perfect fit.
The production process starts and we manage this phase. We work with professional workrooms, textiles, and hardware suppliers to guarantee the highest quality.
You only need to be at home to let our crew in. Window treatments are the finishing element that brings the whole room together.
Furniture, art, accessories, drapery, and custom window treatments — sourced and layered together as one comprehensive service, not a checklist of separate add-ons.
